At Beam Aesthetics, we want your skincare essentials to reach you quickly, safely, and with care. Every order is packed by our team in Lake Oswego, Oregon, and shipped with the same attention and intention we bring to your in-clinic treatments.
Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

During promotions or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always work to get your products out as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available from our Lake Oswego clinic.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier. Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

Please note: carriers may experience delays due to weather or seasonal volume. Once your order has shipped, transit times are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link. You can check the real-time status of your delivery at any time.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Most orders can be delivered to P.O. Boxes. If your order contains items that cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, we will contact you for an alternative address.
International Shipping
At this time, Beam Aesthetics ships only within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We want to make sure you receive your products in perfect condition.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier first, then email us at info@beampdx.com so we can assist.

If items arrive damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos so we can help make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Beam is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us right away — if the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
